NCMC’s COMMUNITY CHORUS CONCERT Sunday, March 28 4:00pm
Happy Birthday Johann Sebastian Bach! This concert is a tribute to Bach, and will include his music as well as the music of Haydn, Hassler, Rorem, Levine, Billings. Special guest instrumentalists will open the program. Directed by Barbara Elder.

UKULELE CONCERT: TIM SWEENEY and NCMC'S UKULELE BAND Saturday, April 3rd 4:00pm
Renownd Ukulele player, Tim Sweeney, with Ed Banks, Bass will play a program of American Songbook standards. Opening for Tim Sweeney will be our own NCMC Ukulele Band, directed by Mollie Glazer, featuring music from Village People, Jungle Book, Monkees, Harold Arlen, etc. This concert was inspired by the *NPR segment done on the resurgence of the ukulele, which featured Tim Sweeney and NCMC's Ukulele Band.

CHAMBER MUSIC CONCERT Saturday, April 10th 4:00pm
Music of Beethoven, Schubert, Mendelssohn featuring young pianist on the rise, Junyi Fitzgibbon, with violinist, Cherie Cseley and cellist, Mollie Glazer.
Admission $10. Students FREE St. Paul's Church, 20 Fair St
This chamber music program was created as an opportunity for Junyi to play with professional musicians and provide the community an opportunity to hear her in a chamber music setting. Junyi Fitzgibbon is 15 years old and a sophomore at Nantucket High School. Having started piano in China at the age of 4, she has studied for the last four years with NCMC piano teacher, Dr. Tinka Knopf de Esteban. In the spring of 2009, Junyi performed for pianist Walter Hautsig at Steinway Hall in New York City who was delighted with her talent. During the summer of 2009 Junyi attended the Interlochen Arts Academy in the High School division on scholarship, and studied piano with Julie Cheek. She was the top student in Masterclasses with Arthur Row and Ralph Protocheck and won the prize for being a top piano student at Interlochen.
